And, if you're considering a move
across the nation or across the street
email me using the information in the
description box below. so now let's get
into the
video. according to my
research, I actually did do research.
the three methods I used to learn more
about some of the projects homeowners
are doing in their homes uh first I went
into Home Depot the second method was I
went into Village
Hall to find out what permits were
being applied for and then third thing I
did was ask other real estate
professionals what projects they're
working on in their own
homes. so when I went into Home Depot
and the purpose of my visit to Home
Depot was one because I'm getting my
fence
replaced as a result of some wind
damage that occurred a couple months ago,
so we're adding that one to the list,
some work on the fence is number one
on the the list of what's being done by
homeowners. the other thing I was told by
an investor is that they're working on
the bathroom floor and also repairing
the tile around the uh bathtub so that's
the second project and the third one I
talked to a contractor who mentioned
that
he's installing three ceiling fans
from one of his customers. so those are
the three projects that I learned about
in Home Depot. when I went to Village
Hall I talked to the administrative
folks who receive the applications
for permits and asked what are they
seeing, what are they seeing applications
for predominantly and one of them again is
bathroom
remodels made the list again. people
are working on the floors and tiles
in their bathrooms, potentially for
flips. they're also seeing applications
for solar panels being applied to their
roof and the third thing was EV charging
stations. so those are the three items
that I've learned about in Village Hall.
and the third piece
was asking real estate professionals
what type of projects they are working
on. again, bathroom remodels are on the list
where they're replacing the floor and
also replacing the tile surrounding
their bathtub. The second project was one
person was adding carpet to their stairs
and the third person I talked to was
repairing a damaged wall getting a leaky pipe replaced
or repaired. So those are the three
things and bathroom remodels seem to be
taking the lead in all all three of
those methods of research. Are you
surprised by any of these items let me
know in the comments section and if
there's a topic that you want to hear
more about, leave your feedback. I want
to hear from you.
so until next time!
